Phase 1 Project Launch
During this phase, we have essential steps:

Step 1: Initial Consultation: We meet to discuss your vision, gather essential information, and lay the groundwork for the project.

Step 2: Agreement and Payment: We finalize our partnership by signing the agreement and processing the initial payment.

Step 3: Trade Day: We bring together all contractors for a comprehensive meeting—either on-site or at our office for new builds. During this day, we conduct measurements, take initial photos, perform surveys, and create a preliminary floor plan.

Phase 2 Design Development & Execution
During this phase, we follow these steps:
Step 4: Design Development
This is the most detailed part of the process, where we dedicate significant time to refining your vision. In this step, we finalize all design choices, including floorplans and renderings. We send detailed quote requests to general contractors and tradesmen, prepare a remodel estimate and furniture estimate, and complete the design presentation.
Step 5: Design Presentation
This is an exciting stage! We present a comprehensive PowerPoint on an iPad, showcasing every selected item, the floorplan with item placements, and detailed renderings of your dream space. During this meeting, we also present the remodel and furniture estimates. You will have the opportunity to approve the design or request changes.
Step 6: Order Placement
After payment is received, we place purchase orders with our vendors to have your selected products delivered to our receiving center.
Step 7: Project Status Update
Here, we provide you with an estimated timeline for when your items are expected to arrive and be installed.
Step 8: Project Site Checks
Throughout the remodel, we ensure everything runs smoothly and on schedule by conducting regular site checks.
Step 9: Renovation Wrap-Up
As the final touches are completed, we schedule "The Big Reveal" date, marking the exciting conclusion of your renovation project.

Phase 3 Project Conclusion
This final phase is where everything comes together, showcasing the culmination of our meticulous efforts and hard work. It is the moment you witness your vision fully realized and beautifully transformed.
Step 10: Furniture and Decor Installation
We will oversee the delivery and installation of all furniture and decor, ensuring your space is styled with the finishing touches to achieve a “magazine-ready” appearance.
Step 11: The Big Reveal
You will experience the excitement of unveiling your beautifully transformed Dream Home.
Step 12: Punch List Identification
At this stage, we invite you to identify any areas that may require adjustments or touch-ups.
Step 13: Punch List Resolution
We will address and rectify any issues noted in the previous step, ensuring that every detail meets our high standards of perfection.
Step 14: Final Invoicing
The final invoice will be issued to cover the remaining hours and services provided.
Step 15: Project Conclusion
You will receive a comprehensive closing packet, including information on the maintenance of your new pieces and applicable warranties. While this is not a farewell, it’s a “see you later”!
